Infrastructure
Over the past two weeks, Dr. Tijani has continued to advance our infrastructure agenda by strengthening partnerships and mobilising investments toward the delivery of Project BRIDGE. Engagements with institutions such as the IFC and EIB, alongside the inauguration of the USPF Board, directly support our Ministry’s commitment to expanding broadband access, improving connectivity in underserved communities, and laying the foundation for a truly inclusive digital economy.
Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Capital
Through initiatives such as the 3MTT Partner Network expansion and the Student Venture Capital Grant engagement, he reinforced the Federal Government’s focus on building a thriving innovation ecosystem powered by talent, capital, and opportunity. These efforts are complemented by the launch of the National Digital Economy Research Clusters, which places research and evidence at the core of policymaking, ensuring that innovation in Nigeria is both scalable and sustainable.
Policy
The Honourable Minister’s engagements across cybersecurity coordination, international partnerships, and digital policy discussions reflect a strong commitment to strengthening governance frameworks within the digital ecosystem. By initiating the Cybersecurity Coordination Council and deepening bilateral collaborations, he is ensuring that Nigeria’s digital transformation is underpinned by resilience, trust, and effective institutional coordination.
